Health Insurance Plan.

The following Students are required to submit proof of insurance:

Undergraduates enrolled in six or more campus credit hours   Graduates enrolled in a degree-seeking course or a Thesis/Dissertations course (this include certificate programs)   International Students

THESE STUDENTS ARE EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENT:
(students in these categories are not eligible for coverage with the SHIP)

-Distance Education Students

-Study Abroad Students

-Faculty and Staff enrolled as Students

-Students age 65 and over

-Graduate students in a non-degree seeking program
