How Do I enroll in   the Student Health   Insurance Plan? Enrolling in the Student Health Insurance Plan is as easy as 1-2-3!

Students are eligible to join the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) if they meet any of the following requirements:

• Undergraduate student enrolled in six or more credit hours

• Graduate student enrolled in a degree-seeking program

• Graduate student enrolled in Thesis/Dissertation course

• A dependent of a student enrolled into this health plan *
       (*See requirements in the Official Insurance Brochure.)

THESE STUDENTS ARE EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENT:
(students in these categories are not eligible for coverage with the SHIP)

-Distance Education Students

-Study Abroad Students

-Faculty and Staff enrolled as Students

-Students age 65 and over
